Hello guys,

I really need help in this.

Ever since I switched my iphone to the blackberry phones, (using 9320 now.)
my whatsapp isn't receiving and sending messages anymore.
I did a battery pull, re-installed whatsapp (Most updated version) a million times, only to get the application working for just a short while before it stops working completely again.
When I tried sending any messages, there will be a clock icon beside the message, and it never turns to a tick.

In case you guys need to know:
Blackberry OS 7.1
Whatsapp ver. 2.8.2891

I really appreciate any help/ advice from you guys.

I have problems on my 9320 as well. 7.1.0.569 with whatsapp 2.8.1914

i can't send music files with whatsapp 2.8.7345. am using curve 8520
am using os 5

First Set your APN setting according to your service provider
Secondly go to Option - Device - Application Management
Third Search for WhatsApp
Click BB button and select edit permission
Set Connection to Custom
Save it your BB device will reboot

Once it is rebooted check your WhatsApp it will work!! like charm

Maybe your Whatsapp service is expired...
Most of people didn't know that WhatsApp is free for 1 year,after that,users must pay a certain amount of dollars to get it working again.
