Well I'll be the first Canadian to say YESSSSS! Glad to see it.
Hopefully this will clean up the occasional freezing issue.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I have the native battery saver set to 100%; my screen brightness is at 10% and the backlight timeout is set at 20 seconds; I had no apps running in the back ground; I played music for the entirety of this test at 100% volume (attached via aux port to a Sony Docking Speaker playing at 60%).
Here are my battery results:

I am loving the battery life!Sometimes I like rolling up into a ball and pretending that I have a potato shell with a tomato core - 07-16-2012, 09:01 PM #14
Hey that is pretty excellent. Gonna shrink this later today myself.
Question for you though: Do you consider this usage/batterylife better than 7.1.0.398? (or the last release you used? please include the #)
Oddly for me, Wifi seems to drain my battery at home instead of prolonging it... hoping .523 is much better on usage and standby.
Thanks for posting screenshots tho! I will as well. - 07-17-2012, 12:03 AM #15Sometimes I like rolling up into a ball and pretending that I have a potato shell with a tomato core

Installing new OS on the 9320
To help any newbies out:
Download and install new OS: https://swdownloads.blackberry.com/D...3437949ACC1FF6
Follow these instructions and delete both vendor.xml files:
Quick Tip: Updating your BlackBerry to a different carrier's OS? Make sure you delete BOTH vendor files | CrackBerry.com
Attach your phone and run the blackberry desktop software. It should now detect the new update. Back up and Install
During the phones first reboot there is a long wait. Don't disturb. It will finish eventually!
Regarding the new .523 update for 9320. I have noticed improved battery life and more stable appworld so far.
