Hi all,
A couple of days ago I decided to upgrade BBM to the newest version (the update with BBM voice)
I updated, no problem, restarted my blackberry curve 9320 and when I went on BBM I put in my Blackberry ID and it worked, but then it said
Cannot Set Up BBM. A temporary sever error has occoured.
So I deleted BBM, re-installed it and restarted it but every time it came up with the same message even if I sat right next to my Wi-Fi box. This has been the case for 5 days now with no luck getting on BBM all because of the new update. Please help, my contacts will be worrying! BBM is my main use of my BB most of the time. I'm on a contract for 2 years if this helps. I'm looking forward to your responses.
PS I also changed my BB ID password but still no luck. The message comes up when my blackberry tries to 'associate BBM with my Blackberry ID.

Have you tried downgrading to BBM6? What is your current OS version?

forget downgrading try it ota at rroyy.com then go to applications and that shud work did for me

When first connecting to BBM you need a BIS data connection from your mobile operator, do you have BIS on your mobile operator that you currently use in your phone?

yesterday i upgraded my blackberry 9320 not seems to work again, i can't even call and my internet service also no longer working at all both BBM. Everything on phone is not working. can you help out please.

ota means over the air.... you can download apps ota (over the air) without datacable conection. And rroyy.com is a webside where you can download some apps ota. you have to go with your blackberry browser on your blackberry device to this side and can download apps.

Blackberry Messenger only works with BIS DataPlan... Do you have one? if not BBM don`t work..
I use the newest BBM on my 9320 and it works realy good
