    Exclamation i can't login to my carrier bis site

    Hello,

    I changed my carrier recently i now have 3G that problem is solved but i cannot login to my new carrier bis site.When i go here and hit create new account enter my pin and imei it displays a javascript alert(); box "cannot create account (some other here saying i must use the setup application on my device)" but i need access to configure my email filters to kick out annoying messages.When i try forget password i get an email with a empty password help !!!! ??????

    Hello,

    This is strange now that bis site let's me login displays a message "processing please wait..." and then kicks me out again ??????

    Why not just do it from the Email Setting application on the device?

    Would you like to type 98 emailfilters on such a small keyboard ?.Me neither besides what's the point in offering a webpage when people can't use it.The carrier switch happend less then 48 hours ago i'm hoping that has something todo with it.Before anybody asks no my blackberry is not locked.I also have the impression bis is linked to the blackberry id you are using.

    Be aware that some carriers are doing away with their BIS site. What that typically means is that existing users can continue to use the site, but no new users will have access to it.

    Problem solved.Because i did what the errormessage said (do it on my device) that whas the reason why it failed on the website.SwitchBeach i specially asked if they allow new customers todo this and the answer whas yes.
