Hi, I'm new to blackberry, just bought my first one. I've been having some issues adding some contacts to BBM. I've managed to successfully add two contacts but two others still say their pending. We've tried deleting and readding requests. I even updated bbm thinking that may be the issue but it still won't work. Am I doing something wrong, or is there something else I should do?

I had this. Then I was told I need BlackBerry Internet Service. Check Service & Connections Status, and also, more importantly, check if you have a little BlackBerry Logo in your top bar.
