my BB password. no matter what i try, i can't get in. when i use "forgot", I can answer the security question, it offers me a chance to fix it, but then tells me (after 10 min or so) that I'm on a "bad page".

Make sense? I have not changed my id or pw, Verizon can't help me. I'm so lost. My 4th smartphone and it hasn't made ME one bit smarter.

Any clue what (list 'em!) I'm doing wrong?
