hey everyone. this is my first posting here. HELLO

ive got a problem, everytime i try an install an application, it says 'A fatal error has occured while trying to updating your device's software. Please try again'

i have tried to uninstall and install the cd again, but it's still happens. im trying to install beejive and update my sofware. i dont understand what's happening.

What OS firmware is running on your mobile mate?
Are you deleting from the icon via menu - delete, Advanced Options/Applications or through DM?
