Where can I find my DEVICE PASSWORD?
Hi further to ,y previous thread, I've now loaded DM onto my pc. When I now connect my phone to pc and startup the app I get a dialogue box asking me for 'Device Password'? I've put in my phone password which was set by myself and it's incorrect. Now have 3/10 attempts left. Help!

Quite odd... Try this; disconnect the BlackBerry from your PC, unlock and disable the device password on your BlackBerry. Connect to your PC again.

This happened to me - is your password numerical? If it is you probably didn't press the alt key on your phone when you set it. Try the alpha equivalent on your PC. For example if you set it as "123" on your phone try "wer" on your PC.

You are probably putting in the password incorrectly. Remember that on your device you need to press shift to input a number on the keypad instead of the letter. That could be the issue.
