can you guys and gals with the Curve 8900 please let me know what VSM you are running? im getting a T-mobile branded one and may want to rebrand it to an AT&T one. or for those who have rebranded or an unbranded one, which VSM did you use.

Maybe things have changed, but I do not believe the software for re-branding works on the 8900.

theres a newer version of it, i think that may be the answer. it can connect to the 8900, ive seen screen shots with it connected and properly detecting the hardware. just wondering if anywhere he has played with it.

Detects the hardware but doesnt unlock or debrand it. The version 2.0.x or whatever that was out 5-6 months ago?

oh well. that sucks. i also read that 2008 model year 8900's can work with it but the new 2009 models were implemented with new security features that block it out.
