Uprated 8900 with trackpad?

I just googled "Blackberry 8900" and clicked the first result, the official Blackberry site. (BlackBerry Curve 8900 - GPS Smartphone - BlackBerry in the UK)

The page kind of half-loaded, and I saw what was clearly a 8900, albeit with a chunkier outer shell (looked squarer, tougher) and a trackpad. It said 8900 beside it (which is odd, if they were renewing it surely it'd be the 8920 or something?) but none of the specs loaded.

I didn't think quick enough to get a screenshot and I've not been able to reproduce it since (using incognito or anything)

Any ideas?

My first though is **** yeah RIM should have YET ANOTHER product... Maybe they should put out a new 8700 with optical trackwheel too.

And an update to the 5000 series for those of us that hate getting phone calls while we're typing.

That's the one, the 8980. That'd be a killer device if it had 3G. I take it they never released it?

I think this came out in China - surely the 93(50/60?) is the true successor? All of the above plus OS7.
