upgraded to .250 and now software issues.
So.. i'm liking the OS.. much faster than my previous one.. but app world won't work.. telling me to upgrade to a data package.. facebook says they can't connect because data service isn't available and ubertwitter won't connect because of a network exception. BerryBuzz isn't working either.
Poynt, Viigo and email work fine.
What a mess.. anyone having these problems?
I called Rogers who checked my settings and said everything was fine from their end and suggested i go back to my previous OS. And btw.. nobody there seemed to know that they officially released .250 and said RIM never told them of this since it's not on their site as an official release.
I've done a dozen battery pulls, reinstalled app world.. nothing worked. =( - 06-22-2009, 12:38 AM

At least you managed to get the update! I remembr from your previous thread that you had trouble with the 8900 and your mac .. But congrats on getting it to work
Also, just a tip. When it seems like some apps aren't working or you're getting messages that you have no data plan, resend service books and that should fix it.
