Most always app related. But, so many different possible causes. Did you install anything lately? Did you pull yer battery? Does it happen infrequently?

There is NO possible way that you are only using 3% of your memory... the OS alone is taking up close to 40% of your device's memory... I usually have about 124MB free after a battery pull... and with 256MB of memory, that comes out to about 50% with about 15 apps.

Try doing a Alt+Shift+H and tell us what your File Free space actually is!!!

Your device has 256 MB of memory, so you are using about 52% of your memory currently. Don't worry, this is completely normal. What is not normal is the error message you are getting. No "new" apps installed? Then what apps do you currently have installed? Also, what OS are you running?

    What OS are you running???

I'm thinking you might need to either reload your current OS or upgrade your OS... totally up to you... of course you want to backup all your data and apps... data with DM... apps with how-back-up-3rd-party-applications

You might just uninstall/delete it, battery pull, then reinstall it.

Any response from them? I've been going crazy trying to fix the same problem.

Pulling the battery, uninstalling other programs, went from 2 GB to 4 GB on media card, etc.

TweetGenius seems to be the only problem area - used to start sometimes, but just always get that error now.

    Thumbs down Facebook and "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError"

I received this error message AFTER downloading the Facebook application.

I did delete it but the damn app is still there (and yet it disappeared from the applications list under options!).

I am thinking about using BB desktop and trying to push Facebook outta of my BB. Facebook is starting to **** me off now.

    Any suggestions???
