Do you have any idea whether a 16gb microsdhc card works in the 8900?

according to reports, the OS should support up to 32GB cards

Check out this thread for more details.

Since the 8900 is running OS version 4.6, it will support up to 32 GB card size. However I believe those are not available yet and the largest you can purchase currently is 16 GB.

hey do you guys know what 'class 2' means? im checking out micro sd cards on amazon and the 8 gb san disk is available for 22 $ or 11.99 for 'class 2' i'm just wondering what that is...

it refers to speed or transfer rate i believe. 4 would be faster than 2 etc.

Default had to call 3 times but 3rd time was the charm

taked to the first 2 reps they said they would not do it till the 11th i called back a 3rd time and i got a rep to do it....got to just keep it up till you find the right rep

Yes, it refers to the minimum transfer speed acceptable for the card.

I just ordered my 8900 today! I am not business either. cant wait to crack that baby open. I should receive mine early next week!!

I read things earlier that had said you can use either BBMaps or Telenav for $10 a month. Will Google Maps work with the GPS or is it locked somehow?
