T-mobile UK UMA setup

Firstly, I apologise if this has already been answered a thousand times, it's just that I couldn't find the precise information that I'm looking for and as I'm quite proficient with these sorts of things I was just hoping for some instructions or a nudge in the right direction.

I have been through this procedure already when I setup my 8900 for UMA on orange but now that I have switched to T-mobile I have to do it again. I've searched google and here and keep seeing the info regarding the T-mobile US settings but I need the UK settings.

Maybe they can be used for UK (I couldn't find anything), maybe there are no UK settings, maybe nobody knows how to do it... I just need a little help before I waste another evening searching through numerous threads trying to find the few sentences I need to get this done.
