Sync/ "Unknown Error"
When I try to sync to Outlook I receive an alert that says "Unknown Error".
I have searched the forums for hours and although there are MANY people with the same problem I have not found a solution for my specific situation.
I am using: BB Curve 8900, Outlook 2007, and Windows 7.
I know there are some hidden intellasync files that can be modified, I do not know where to find them. I have seen the file path for Vista & XP, neither help with Win7.
I have had my BB for a long time now and never tried syncing. Now I have started my own business and not being able to sync is extremely frustrating!
