I love my blackberry but its been lagging recently when i text and i delete the last day every day, is there anything i can do to get it back to normal?

Could be your browser cache. To clear it:

Browser > BB Button > Options > Cache Operations > Clear all threee

Press and hold 'alt' press 'L' 'G' 'L' 'G' clear the log. Will clean some memory

You can just hold alt + right shift + delete to do the exact same thing Quickpull does. Anyway, physically removing the battery cannot be replicated and this is the best option.
