    Default Save my Berry today

While running around town today, all of a sudden realized my phone was not in my pocket. Luckily I wasn't far from home.

Luckily I'd installed Berry Locator over the weekend. Got home and sent a quick email to the phone. The notice included Reward for Return, my wife's Phone # and my email address.

It didn't take long for the local Starbucks to come up on the GPS screen.

As I arrived at the store the clerk was in the process of calling my wife.

The phone had taken a spill as I was getting out of the car.

The Seidio Case did a great job protecting my 8900.

I left a nice tip at Starbucks.

Thanks to the info here I was covered.

Cool story and glad you were able to find it with no probelms. Definitely an app Im going to be installing once my new BB gets here (if TMO would ever ship the damn thing).

Congratulations! That's a great story. I have never lost my phone, but this sounds like a great idea just in case. I may have to try this out.

I know I wouldn't mind it being able to transmit back to me silently, or upload recent pictures or phone records. Maybe check the GPS every couple minutes and tell me if it's on the move.
