problems w/ call logs

Okay, so just a minor issue but I'd like help. My call log only logs my missed calls, it just randomly start doing this.

I haven't changed any of my call log settings. Can anyone help me?

Green button > Options > Call Logging... what's it set to???

Its set to none. When I set it to missed or whatever it just showed all my call in my message app. I don't want that I want all my call history to be there when I press the green button. Like it used to be.

are you using a third party theme?

i had that problem too, and as soon as i switched themes and switched back and voila! problem solved.

not sure if its a bug due to plazmic, or just randomness.

Has anyone run into any call log problems with the Blackberry Tour 9630. Specifically I have one that won't show any call history...missed or answered calls...even though he has caller ID.

First, this is the 8900 forum... not the Tour forum.

Second, have you look at the Options under the Call Log to see if you've changed something... typically they are setup just fine and work out of the box.

i just fixed mine blackberry 8900, you have go to wipe handheld on the general settings, do not forget to save all you have in your phone in your desktop to back it up later because you are going to erase everything, after that it will run your phone way batter. good luck!!!!!!
