Phone dies when talking for 5 to 10 minutes.

Hello experts,

I am using BB 8900 for more than 2 years with no issues. Since few weeks ago it started dying on me in the middle of a phone call. Sometimes I get white screen and sometimes black screen. If I try to pull the battery and re-boot it does not reboot and gives me black or white screen again. If I plug it into a charger then it reboots cleanly but continues to do the same thing during the calls. If I get a short calls for a couple of minutes it is fine but if the call is longer then it dies in the middle. It does not get hot or anything.

I tried to do a clean os install. First time when it happened I was using 4.6 then I upgraded to 5 then I reverted back to 4.6. I have also tried not installing any applications at all just use the default but still I have same issue.

I tried Rogers support, no help from there. What do you guys suggest?

I have been so crul to my phone, all it needed was a new battery. It as crashing because battery was draining too fast during the calls. I got new batter (75 CAD), after replacing it is working just fine. I know battery is lot cheaper here at crackberry but I could not wait for shipping, so it got it from the first store I can see.

Another sympton was that I could not install anything from the app world on the phone. it used to crash during installation. This is also not happening anymore. I just talked to someone for about 20 minutes with no issues.
