At work I use Outlook 2007. My day starts and ends with it (as it would for all office chaps). The primary reason why I opted for a Blackberry was so that I could access my office mails on my device - and so far it has worked great.

However, I'm a bit disappointed with the way the way my mails 'appear' in Blackberry. I might be wrong ( i may not have the necessary add ons) but somehow a lof of outlook functionalities are have not been replicated on to my blackberry.

I need help with the following functionalities -->

1) On my official laptop my Outlook has multiple folders (with corresponding rules) . So mails land up in respective folders (as opposed to the general 'inbox'). Also next to each folder, there is a number in brackets that tells me the # of unread mails in each folder. So i can just scroll through and find out which folder has how many unread mails.
However, in my BB, i get the exact same view of the folders (and the mails are in them all right) but I dont see the notation for # of unread mails next to each folder.

How can this be fixed ?

2) Some of the rules that i have set in my outlook allow for the mail to come up as an ALERT and pop right up in my computer screen. Again, this does not happen in my blackberry. the mail simply goes into the folders / the main inbox. I dont get any alert

3) Are are any cool apps that can make BB8900 more productive with outlook ? any website or link ? .. if so , pls let me know
