OS 5 & Stanby
So I just became aware last week that later versions of OS 5 disable Standby via the mute key. A feature I use all the time. I am eager to get on the latest OS because of performance. I also use the 'R' key to always respond to a message, something OS 5 has also eliminated.
With the latest version of OS 5 is it possible to get the mute key to function as standby like it was originally programmed to do? I know the lock key functions as standby but in a more efficient way its just I am so use to pressing the top right. Perhaps a way to switch the new standby via lock over to the mute button.
Any way to disable threaded SMS which I really don't like and make the 'R' key respond to messages? Thanks

Lock and standby have been merged. So now when you lock your device it will also go into standby.
There is no way to disable threaded SMS. And Im not too sure about th reply issue, Ive never had that problem myself.Wallpaper Changer HD for BB10 A MUST HAVE APP - Automatically rotates your wallpaper - Now with battery % meter, weather and more!

Older OS...
Either search through these forums (I guess the older threads of new OS..)
There's also this page in BB that links to all carriers. Some of them wil have older OS listed. You'll have to search for them also, but since most keep a lot of older OS listed, you may find some.
Just remember to delete the Vendor.xml file....
