Old mass e-mails dumped into BB
I am being driven mad. I have searched this forum and the internet and can't find a resolution.
About 300 old e-mails from months ago are being dumped in my phone about every hour. Orange say it's google's problem and I can't find how to get to google to ask. I have tried removing the problem e-mail through the BB site and they then started doing the same on my personal e-mail address immediately (which wasn't happening before). I then removed that and did a reset to manufacturer status on the handset - this hasn't worked.
I am getting these about every hour and this has been going on for four days. If I switch my phone to silent I'm missing business calls and it's just a vicious circle.
Can someone please help me???? Thanks, Liz

I would do the following:
1 - Login to your BIS manager and remove all of your email accounts from there.
2 - Re-send the service books to your device.
3 - Do a battery pull on your device
4- Log back into your BIS manager and re-add one email account at a time and check to see if the same thing happens.
