Hello all... newbie here askin advice.. how do I transfer videos sent to my 8900 to my PC

since the videos are now in the memory card . . connect your BB to your PC and allow data transfer

I wanna send a video by mms, but bb says its too big, can i do anythin to make it smaller so i can send it ?
