Is the movie on a media card or on the phone memory?

since the videos are now in the memory card . . connect your BB to your PC and allow data transfer

Now, your phone is acting like a removable storage device . Go to > '' my computer '' and you'll see it there

What you could also try is inserting your card into one of those mini/micro card readers which then plug into your PC by USB.
