hello, i'm new to blackberry, i used android e ios and i'm freaking out with this phone! i received this used phone wiped, i've created my bb id, but i don't see "app world" to download apps, i can't use gtalk app that's out of the box, i can't choose if i want to use wifi instead of data plan, i'm having the worst experiencie with a smartphone, can anyone please help me? i know this phone should have potential, but i don't know how to make things work...

no you will need a blackberryinternet service data plan for you to access blackberry appworld and the apps you want

thanks, it doesn't work, when i try to use register a mail account it shows that i need to have a bb enterprise server or something like that... this is sucks, i can't sync my gmail contacts if i can't use email
