Hello everyone! I have a problem to add an email account in my bb. Im using v5 OS and recently changed my email password. After that, i can't receive emails anymore! i've tried many times and seems still can't resolve so i think of adding new email. I go Email setting, it shows "Existing users- if you want to access your email settings or changed your device, log in: user name and password". The problem is, i never know what is the BIS username and password!! when the first time i added the email, using v4 OS, it never asked for BIS username and password. how could this happen? Is there anyone can help me, please? Tqvm all....

If you do not know the User Name and Password for your BIS log in, then you need to call the Customer Support for your phone service carrier/provider and ask them to reset them for you.
