need help! (sound device)

I dont know if its just my bb or it happen with all the 8900 but the sound of the device is really low, i put the sound in max and it still being really low, i cant hear a thing when somebody call me, im sorry if my english is not good but i did my best.. What do u think??

have you droped it? the speaker for calls is located just inside the camara section if you hit it around that spot you might have knocked it off center and it may not be contacting
