need help! my app world says I need to login

I can't do anything with apps. When I try to download or open something it says that my login is expired but I can't find a spot to login and when - go to the blackberry option in my menu it says my blackberry can not be found and flips to main screen I don't know what to do to fix it

Have you tried wiping your phone?

Wipe your phone , that may fix your problem

Delete appworld along with bbid there is no need to wipe just yet. Go to options/device/ application management locate appworld and bbid and delete them both. Reboot install appworld again.

Try BBID menu on device settings or payment settings in AppWorld they'll ask your BBID and password to edit settings when you login, all is done for you.
