Hi Everyone

My blackberry 8900 swicthes its moble network off automatically.

I also find that it is unable to send data connection through or sync with my email server and the only way to get it working again is to switch off the mobile network and switch it on again or reboot the device.

Any sugestions??

Could it be that my software is outdated I checked with desktop update software and my BB is apparently up to date but Im sure there has to be a newer operating system on I am currently running OS 4.6.1.168?

Does anyone know when OS 5.0 is coming out for the 8900? I saw there are a few versions out do they work?

No idea about Voda, but it's not officially out yet for UK Orange. I haven't observed any of the problems you've outlined though. Have you had the device long? I'd be inclined to get it back to Voda if you haven't, but IMO you should rule out anything OS related.

You may need to re-register your device. Options > Adv. Options > Host Routing Table.... hit BB button and choose "Register Now"
