We must overcome the notion that we must be regular... it robs you of the chance to be extraordinary and leads you to the mediocre.

I know it's not an app but figured I would advise you to get Seidios Innocase II and holster combo. It is a "must have!"

The members of this forum don't use any apps. We just use the 8900 stock applications. Maybe you should try a bunch and post your findings.

Bumpin the Berry must haves
I'm sporting a Verizon Curve 8330 and after countless hours (and $$) here is what I've come up with as the MUST HAVES on your Blackberry:
Buss Me
BB Smart Alarms Pro (worth the money)
Add to Contact
Phone Tweak
Quick Contacts
Anagram
Slacker Mobile
Black Berry AP world
Viigo
Blackberry Maps (some like Google maps I prefer the BB Maps)
CB Launcher (a must have to stay in the loop)
Phone Log (enters every call into your calender to document calls both in and out going)
Weather Bug (gotta know what to wear...right?)
Super C ( NO trial or evaluation version of SUPER © but one unique
Free to download and Free to use fully working version.)
What you DON'T NEED (maybe more important):
Any sort of alt PIM the Blackberry Contact and Calender Ap's work as well or better than what you can buy. Get what ever themes you find attractive but look through the free themes often you will find better and more useful themes. I can't tell you how many themes I have that I don't use Mostly I sport a freebie theme!
You'd be amazed what you can find for free searching Crackberry, Pinstack and there are all kinds of "free ap" places just google some appropriate terms to find them.
Don't waste or be careful on buying applications like pocket informant, contact manager Pro...those sorts of applications. You really can't beat what comes with your Berry!
Good luck and remember we're just one blackberry user helping another
But why pay for what you can get for free....
Can I get an AMEN from those of you in the back row please?

You must have SlingBox!!! Slingbox allows you to watch you home TV anywhere you go. I was just watching the Dodger game while in Greece last weekend!!
If you travel you need SlingBox!Thanks,
JP
Want the "original" 3G icon theme? Get it free!

There are a lot of very useful applications for the BlackBerry, but only you know what is truly a "must have", for you. My suggestion is search the forums, there are plenty of threads on this topic already. My must have applications are
Quickpull
SocialScope
Facebook
Gmail
BerryBuzz
Addto Calender
Bolt Browser
WHERE
Google Maps
