Hi guys so basically my phone stopped working last night (only the red led light comes on when i put the battery back in then it goes off again) so ive been trailing the internet and these forums for a solutions and i have found loads of methods that ive been trying but the main issue im facing is that my laptop wont recognise my device when i plug it in (ive also tried this on my friends laptop with no succes) theres no prompt or sound from the laptop that ive even inserted the phone in the usb drive? any ideas anyone? feedback would be much appreciated!

have you tried removing the battery, connecting it to a wall charger and waiting for the no battery icon to show up on the screen

from there put the battery back in (keep it plugged in to the wall charger) and see what happens

just tried what you suggested and nothing comes up on the screen the led light just comes on then off...

uninstall the desktop software, restart ur laptop, re-install the desktop software, and install the latest drivers.
also try a different battery or a different cable

Pls my facebook and twiter applications is blocked what can I do pls
