lost my Memo Pad
I put my phone in the shop to get fixed, they fix it but wiped all my info! I've got BB Protect, everything came back except the Memo Pad. It was ticked in the retrieval list. Help!

You should be able to download it through desktop manager.

we need to know what kind of phone you have? so we could help you.
also what version do u on your device OS??
i had same problem before when I had them fix my phone.I had OS7 on my bold 9930. When they released a 7.1 os available, I then upgraded it reboot and then it came back.
try this method, if not call IT.. goodluck..
