Whoa!
Are there new releases often for the 8900?
Also, what are somethings about this OS?
New features?
Faster?
Anyone with it?
Also, how would you upgrade from 681? Still a wipe and everything, just like before?

Thanks! Yeah, I had one of those programs for a while but decided it was pointless. Good thing I never bought the full version!

I'm having the same battery drain problem as with .681, have no idea what causes it. Battery pull doesn't help. When I was upgrading I backed up everything, wiped the device and flashed new OS, first 2 days, my bb was working perfectly, at 3rd day, battery drain as **** (lasts 3 hours from full load to empty battery). I can't get rid of this problem...
Strange thing is, that I installed no 3rd party apps, only OperaMini, but I doubt this is the root of this problem. I have to switch back to 4.6.1

Running .822 for few days now and so far I don't find any problems. Compared to .681, this version has better memory management I think, because my MemoryBooster app recovers few hundred kilobytes rather than megabytes, therefore kind of useless to have.
Having Korean language support and input is not a problem for me, maybe because I didn't use CrackMem or Shrink. Just my thoughts but the camera loads and closes faster. In terms of general UI speed, I can't really tell the difference from any of the previous versions. I can't comment on the battery life yet.

I updraded to this version and somehow the device couldn't ring anymore despite the correct profile settings ....this could have been caused by something else though. Anyway, I downgraded to v4 and it's all good now. I hate this older interface though.

No need to roll back to 4.6.

phone won't ring after previewing ringtones for a certain amount of time.
what I did was to immediately make my ringtone choices quick enough so the phone won't preview it, save my settings, and just leave it at that. preview it too long and the phone would go silent, will need a battery pull to make it sound again.

Impossible for me to tell on my Onyx.
