I hope they don't run with this on OS 6.
Strange. I don't have this LED problem. I have .681 installed and the LED blinks until i check the notification.

I recommend getting a program called free download manager to download the OS file to your PC. The file is tooo big and I can't send it to you via Email

I thought it only blinked for 15 minutes through all OS's? I had 4.6 and .681 and it's the same (15 minutes). Someone on CB here told me that's how BlackBerry makes 'em.

Was/is there an OS where the LED blinks until the message/notification is checked?

i tried to upgrade through the latest BB Desktop software (6.0.0.30) but to no avail, it's written:

"one or more modules could not be resolved" as attached

I'm not sure if it because of beta software but another thing that I notices when tried to upgrade, no auto backup provided as usual from BB Desktop Software.

then i tried the Loader, it said:

"the device does not have enough space for your selections. Select fewer applications" while I am only upgrading without adding some new applications on it.

anybody have any advice to install this OS?

Try using BBSAK to wipe your device and then load the OS onto it

There are 3rd party apps that will allow the LED to blink on forever, and even offer different colors for different notices. Pointless to me having the battery drain on. If you haven't touched the phone in a while, just turn the screen on and look. All OS have turned it off after 15min.
