Keypad wont work.

well last night I had received a text and when i went to get it out of the case the full display was reading ys across the display. Obviously the case was pressing the y button but now the keypad will not respond to anything I do. Any ideas or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Should I assumed you tried a battery pull?
