Default JVM Error 102 & Wont Connect to PC
I am trying to use this guide to sort my mates blackberry out and resolve the JVM Error 102.

When I plug the phone in it recognised that it is a Curve 8900 but when I click connect to device.

It comes up with this message...


So i click on update... and it comes up with this...


Which then brings me to this screen... I click get update


Then says its connecting again...


Then get this screen so i click on install update


I then click on OK


It then goes to this screen...


And then i get this and i cant go any further than this... Any ideas?

How are trying to update it? OTA update from your carrier. With desktop manager? Using your carriers OS or another? Did you fix your error with your carriers OS or another?

I am plugging it into my computer and then going to update device but it says there isn't any but if i click other versions than it shows os 5 there.

The phone is on o2 but it's just not letting me update it...
