Default Javelin Keyboard Spaced or Not?

I was just wondering if the keyboard on the Javelin is spaced like the Curve or not spaced like the Bold? I have seen several pics of both variations or am i just seeing things? lol. Any info would be much appreciated!

Thanks for the quick response! I wonder what the non-spaced keyboards are. Maybe earlier versions of the Javelin? Maybe the cdma version? Who knows!

I'm not sure I know what pictures you are referring to. But there has been a few different variations of the device so I'm assuming it's one of those you saw.

I think i figured it out. I went back and reviewed the pics that i saw the non-spaced keyboards and turns out that the pics themselves were just to bad of quality for me to tell that the keys were spaced. My bad. Hey Crucial Xtreme, since you are the only one responding to this and you have a Javelin, is the trackball white or black? And again, I've seen both in pics. Just wondering. Thanks for the info!

I've been wondering that same exact thing as well, I've aslo seen some pics with a black trackball and some with white.

I hope it has a white one, I'm not a huge fan of black trackballs.

I like the black, makes it look kinda sinister. Most folks complain about the white saying it gets dirty too easy. If you're in hard manual labor I can see that, but if not then you need to wash your hands more lol
I just want this friggin' device here already.

I too would like to join this club that lets you get a javelin

And I hope the trackball is black that would be awesome. I also hope the green numbers are on the final release version, I don't like the red ones.

I know you all don't believe there is a exclusive club to join. I have one the same way everybody else who has unreleased devices has them..through my company.. We get Eval units all the time. Thats one of the perks of working with the Blackberry Platform.

Since there has been discussion about the track ball here, are there 3rd party vendors who have track balls you can buy for your BB?

The reason I ask is because I saw a picture of BB, I think it was the Bold but not sure, that had the swishes of ATT. It was a white TB with blue swishes.

Does anyone know if it is possible to buy other track balls for your BB phone?

Cnn.cn sells trackballs for the BB. There are others out there too I'm sure, they are the only one I know off the top of my head.

Thanks, I actually did a search on the net for BB Trackballs and there are quite a few places that sell them, but they're all white. I didn't see any colored TB. Must not have them.. Although, I guess you could use a color felt marker and color your TB, but that might not be a good idea.

What are the trackballs made of? I wonder if you could dye them like you would with certain plastics by just putting plastic dye in boiling water for 5-10 min?

VZW's EVDO network is 3G, so I'm not sure what you mean.

Having read other posts from crucial, he favors the javelin over the bold- a great deal. I'm hoping there's an announcement at ctia on the 10th about these bad boys!

Can you answer if the trackball is black or white?
