Javelin to ATT?

Would i be correct in thinking that when the javelin is released it will be released to ATT as well as T-mo?

T- Mo should be getting it first. I'm on at&t. So, I would purchase one on e-bay unlock it and keep it moving. I'm not sure if/when at&t will get it.
