Installing European OS on American BB
Is it possible to install a european os like the 5.0 os for vodaphone on my BB 8900 , even though it is for t-mobile . (but unlocked)

You can install any OS that exactly matches your hardware, whether unlocked or not. By exactly matches, I mean all four digits of the model number. You cannot install a 9500 OS on a 9530, for example. If you are installing another carrier's OS, you have to delete the vendor.xml from your PC.
