Question I think I broke my BB . . . :(

Guys, I would appreciate some help/advice if you could ...

Just got back from holiday, took my BB with me but only had minimal charge on it, went to charge it in the hotel ... and I'd brought the wrong charger. So battery died and wasn't charged for a week. Got home, had it on charge for 24 hours continually, but phone is stuck on Wednesday 24 June and the time is wrong. I've tried taking the battery out and putting it back in, leaving it switched off for a while, pretty much everything I can think of and I am stuck.

Anyone had this problem before and if so, how do I fix it?

Thanks

Try going to options > date/time and then menu > update time ensuring that Dublin, London (GMT) is selected.

Under options>date/time, is it set to sync with either servers, or is it off? If it is off it sets the time on its own and could be the source of your problems...
