i hate opening text messages individually. is there an upgrade for the 8900 so the text messaging will be something like the aim messaging or iphone text? my friend has the 8900 and it was updated and his text messaging is like the iphone text.

pleasee help. im tired of being spammedd!

upgrade to a 5.0 OS and youll get what u want plus more.

^^^ Yes, if you don't want to do that, you can download CrunchSMS, and that will get you threaded messaging.

Tell your friends to stop spamming you, then! Lol, to answer your question, 5.0 is the way to go if you're comfortable with upgrading your OS. Another option, like ridesno159 said, is that application. I'm not familiar with that one in particular but there are other SMS apps out there that thread them for you. I thought it was just easier/better to upgrade to 5.0, so that's what I did. 5.0 is overall much better than 4.6.
