How to change the device name?
Where do I go to change the device name?
I want to change so I can recognize it more easily in the Wi-Fi setting on the computer instead of some random letters and numbers. - 02-22-2009, 09:59 PM #2
I don't think there is a way to change this but if someone else knows I would also be interested in knowing about it.

That just changes the device name for Bluetooth, not for WiFi.

Wanna get the answer as well.
I'm using a TP-Link Router at home. When I go to 192.168.1.1 to check the devices connected to my wifi, I can't distinguish which Blackberry device is mine.
Is there any way let me change my device name in Wifi?
Thank you buddy.
