well when i go to all my pictures there are all these dead file of pictures that i delete from my computer but they are coming back and when i try to delete them it would not delete

what can i do?

Easiest thing to do -
With DM installed on your computer, connect the BB to your compuer.
find your (pc) my computer and go to the BB itself and nav to the pictures and delete them off your device via the computer...

DM= Desktop Manager its the cd program that comes with the BB device in the box. Its primary job is to back up your phone which I always reccomend especially when you add new contacts and have new saved emails, memo's etc. Any information that you do not want to lose back up your phone.
Its also used the update your OS = operating software. Its like generally what itunes is for an iPod , DM is for your phone. Transfer files, music, applications, etc....

take a screenshot, you can go to captureit.com from your phones browser, and download the program. Once downloaded it will automatically add itself into your short menu (when you press the menu key) select capture it. it will take a picture of whatever is on your screen at the time. The annoying part is you then have to load it to a picture website i.e Photobucket.com and use the url to post the pic into this thread...
