Hi. Had 4.6. Updated to the official t-mobile .822 of OS 5, which messed up the profiles and sounds as many people know. Then tried to do a downgrade to .681 from .822, which failed the first time, so I had to restore to 4.6 then upgrade to .681 of OS 5 from there. I heard that .681 did not have the profiles/sounds issue, which is why I went through all this. And it DOES. Wasted a lot of time. Are other people having this problem with .681???

.411 is great if you like your lock and standby keys. .681 is much faster and feels smoother. .822 is by far the worst!

did you wipe the phone after the .822 install, if not that might have been the problem

also my standby and lock buttons still work on .681....

Thanks for the feedback guys, and pirahnah3 that is the step I left out--thanks a lot for reminding me! Will try to re-do this and hope for the best...
