Default HELP! unlocking my bb 8900
I have a bb 8900 that is locked to t-mobile, I purchased an unlock code from blackberryreview.com My problem is that when I click on options, advanced options, sim card then enter MEPD it brings up the hidden menu but then when I enter MEPD2 it does not bring up the hidden "MEP" screen where I can enter the unlock code. I have tried it with different sims and with connections both turned on and turned off. Can anyone help me?

The code prompt is activated with MEP2, not MEPD2.

MEPD is to pull up the personalization screen. In the sim card menu, type mep hold down the alt key and press 2. Enter your code from there. Take care.

Hi i have a blackberry 8900 curve and i have followed all the instructions mepd to get the sim option up but i can get to where i enter my new mep code? i have tried mep alt 2 but it doesnt want to work. can anyone help?
