HELP PLZ-8900 blank white screen

Hello, i have recently replaced the broken lcd screen on a 8900 which was most likely droped by my neice, i ordered a replacement scren off e-bay but when i installed it all i got was red light for a few secounds then blank white screen displaying nothing, no error message no icon and then a few secounds later it would fade into green blank screen. I've also noticed light flickering which isnt right, im not really sure what to do from here, i dont think its been nuked or anything.

I'd be most thankful to any1 who will take the tym to lend me a hand

Go to YouTube and follow all the steps from the Video for Screen replacements so you do not leave out important mechanical hardware steps as well as configuration steps.....

those screen come with version numbers .... did you order the correct version LCD ....... 002-111 or 004-111 ? . The incorrect version LCD will only show white or discoloured in a phone. The version LCD can be found on the back of the old lcd itself!
