Go to Settings>Options>Themes and your girly downloaded themes should be there.
If not, then they probably didn't download properly or try to restart device with battery pull (that seems to solve every damn thing)
oh and GET A HOLD OF YOURSELF!

They get installed on your device in the Options > Advanced Options > Applications... but to change themes you can go to Options > Themes and select a different theme... this is the ONLY way to change themes after they have been installed on your device using an OTA (Over The Air) link.

Also, the Blackberry 101 lesson are really great here... you might want to check them out... top of every page under "Blackberry Help"... here is one for your specific needs: BlackBerry 101: The Basics of BlackBerry Themes | CrackBerry.com

If the themes are in Options > Advanced Options > Applications, but not in Options > Themes, then you have downloaded a theme that was not made for the 8900. You should delete any that are not made for the 8900. All 8900 themes are compatible with any 8900 OS. Also check out the 8900 theme forum in my signature. Plenty of free themes in there. Good luck.
