Help! - Duplicated contact list makes me crazy

Friends,

After an update my device is now showing duplicated agenda contacts. Under "Contact options" I can see a replicated "Contact Lists" called "desktop". I do Sync this contact list with my outlook agenda.

Its annoying because, besides showing all entrees twice, it also doesn't allow me to edit any contact indicating that it is a "duplicated contact"...

Any advice is highly welcomed.

I'm pretty sure there is a setting inside the contacts options to not allow duplicate entries. Try that?

If not, use desktop manger to do a partial restore of your address book from your backup.

I'm having the same problem, only on certain contacts. I have manually deleted them, they come back when I syc to Outlook (Outlook has no duplicates).

The "allow duplicates" box is unchecked in options.

I changed Outlook Microsoft Outlook wins, in the Conflict Resolution box.

As for you suggestion, If the backup has the duplicates in them as well, won't they just return?
