Smile Having a few problems with a curve 8900 HELP PLEASE

i have recently had a curve 8900 unlocked from vodaphone to the three network and when i am at home on the browser connected to wifi it wont let me download any apps it just says " A communication failure has occured. The server may be busy, please try again later. If the problem persists contact your service provider" and also when i am out and about and try and go on the browser it says "this is a Wi Fi service. Please ensure your device has an active Wi Fi connection and try again. any help would be appreciated

i had this problem before ... but im not sure if that will fix your problem ...
first ... its depend on your Sim card ... and of course because you are connecting Via Wi-Fi ... so , try to install a browser like ( BOLT ) ... i think you download it in your PC and update it to your BlackBerry Via DM .... and try to use it to download anything you want ...
inform me if its work or no ... hope it will help you ...

Do you have an active BlackBerry Data Plan from your service provider?

You need to change your data plan to one that includes BLACKBERRY Data. A generic smartphone plan will not work.
