    Default Gmail Push

I recently received my 8900 via ATT. I set up my gmail account to be pushed to my blackberry, but i a question about the push function. I was wondering if it was possible to have the blackberry not display messages that i have already viewed via a browser on my computer. As it stands now, the blackberry assumes every message sent that i have not opened on the blackberry as unopened. It does not recognize emails that i have opened on via my web browser as open.

No, it's not possible... your Blackberry will not know if you've read the email on your home/work laptop/pc.

It won't as I think that is one of the areas where the BB is not that good at. I have all kinds of gmail labels which I cannot look at using the native blackberry email program which sucks.

Ya i agree. As with many people i have read, the gmail application to view your email seems unnecessary if there already is a native email client.
