failing to clean up 8900 memory

Hello everyone,
I searched on the forum for other posts on cleaning up your BB memory and also followed instructions at these forums: blackberry-101-how-free-memory-your-blackberry-smartphone

But the problem is that from 252.5MB application storage, I only have 37MB remaining. The System software and core applications take up about 65MB, the other applications together don't exceed 20MB.
So the obvious question is: where did all the other space got wasted?

To sum my actions up:
Content Compression enabled,
Appointments are kept 15 Days
Help App, sample video, unused languages, BrickBreaker deleted.
All my pics, voice recordings are stored on the media card.
Browser Cookies and Cache cleared
Save Time for Messages is set to 2 months
Unused Apps removed
I've got only 1 theme

Software version 5.0 Bundle 1682
